REAL LIFE UPDATE

THE IN LAW'S ARE ON THEIR WAY BACK TO FLORIDA.............DOES HAPPY DANCE

I'm making hubby a special dinner tonight - rosemary chicken and his favorite mixed berry pie. He and his brother winterized the boat (whatever that means) and moved it to a storage facility. Now I can park the Jeep in the garage again, just in time for mischief night.

Tonight's dessert will be my last for awhile. I officially CANNOT see my feet anymore. sigh. When I asked hubby if I looked fat, he said no I look ripe. Whatever that means.

Isabel is a fantastic mother. She can tell by the tone of Meredith's cries whether she is hungry, wet, tired etc. I hope I can do as well.

As you all know I am obsessed with FlashForward and not just for Jack. I have a serious girl crush on Janis. I never saw her before, but I think she steals every scene she is in. Of course, she hasn't had a scene with Jack yet. smirk.

I just finished The Lost Symbol and I won't spoil it for you, but for a time there it had me seriously depressed.

Finally, a question. When my Inlaws left today I went into their room to check to see if the windows were closed cause it started to rain. The smell made me gag. The room, which we keep closed when they are not here smelled like a combination of old socks and cheese. Now I hugged both of them goodby and they don't smell. Where is this smell coming from? I told hubby and he went into the room and said it just smelled like his parents. I have always had an over sensitive sense of smell. Does it change when you get preggers? I sould give a bloodhound a run for his money now. I can smell a Big Mac miles away. Did anyone else get this "super sense" when preggers.
