GET READY FOR THE SMIRK CHALLENGE
Spent the morning with Ace, Isabel and Meredith on the beach. It was too damn hot. With the heat index (heat and humidity) it is 110 degrees. We came home and the kids are napping. Hubby and his bro are sailing. When Isabel and her hubby leave tonight it will be the hardest goodbye for hubby. He and his bro are very close and we've spent tons of time with them lately.
Tomorrow is the goodbye party at my bro's beach house. Then Andrew is coming home with us and staying with me till I leave. His idea, I swear. Hubby is leaving on the 20th and will live at a hotel till we and the furniture arrive. He has to familiarize himself with the office, area and buy us a car before we arrive. So we all have lots to do.
The moving company delivered these wardrobe boxes yesterday so I will be packing clothes for the next few days. I don't know whether to pack the winter clothes but I guess we'll need them if we come home for Christmas. I keep feeling like I'm forgetting something. We are leaving the sailboat with my bro C. He will use it for the rest of the summer and then store it for next summer.
