I just got the book "The Sound of No Hands Clapping" by Toby Young and there is a very interesting chapter about the making of the play "How to Lose Friends....." starring Jack Davenport.
It's a fun read. It seems that Toby got alot of grief from his friends for having someone so much better looking than himself play him.
