THE LOST WEEKEND......................

Last night we watched the pilot of LOST with some friends while drinking sangria and eating ke-bobs of chicken and pineapple (my friends interpretation of island food).

Tonight they are coming here to watch the finale. Any suggestions on what to serve? Something that doesn't take much time and can be grilled would be great. I was just gonna make steaks and salad, but now she threw down the gauntlet of "theme food" and I am at a loss. Hubby suggested airline food, but ugh no.

HELP PLEASE !!!!!!!

Here's some pretty Jack as inspiration.

Dharma Initiative Peanut Butter and Beer? Mr. Cluck's Chicken?

Oh...real food?

Well, I went looking and this person had a similar problem:

This seems helpful, too.

Also, mildly off-topic, but have you seen the Ace of Cakes where they make the Lost cake? It's awesome.

You gave me a great idea. I just served what I wanted to, but labeled it. We had
Polar Bear Steak
Mixed Green Salad (cut down by the smoke monster)
Dharma Peanut Butter Cookies

What did you think of the finale. I cried my eyes out when they were hugging in the church.

You should serve nothing, and when people ask about your promised theme food, tell them it got LOST
