THE LONG GOODBYE............................

Today we said goodbye to hubby's older bro and his wife. We went sailing and had a bar-b-que and they just left. These goodbyes are brutal.

They are going on vacation to Italy and we will be gone when they come back. I've been crying more than Ace lately.

I just wish we could skip this part.

In other news it was over 100 degrees today. WTF with the weather.

I'm going to keep Ace in tomorrow. I told hubby it's just too hot for him, BUT there is a pirates marathon with all 3 movies on SYFY and that is a perfect background for all the packing I have to do. Hubby is so excited, he is absolutely bouncing all over the place. I am trying very hard not to show how anxious I am.

There are major changes in your life ahead, who wouldn't be very anxious?! I know I'd be in full panic mode! And think about it, Ace isn't here that long, his arrival was also a life-changing event. So much to deal with; don't try to handle it all alone and let your hubbie help you. I keep all my fingers crossed for you and your family; I'm sure you're embarking on a great and successful journey. :)

I'm just miss cranky pants. My moods are all over the place. And Ace really picks up on my moods and gets cranky too.
