My personal guess? She's a lesbian and picked up the wrong vibe from you, thinking you were to. It would be natural for her to be confused that you were married to your husband under those circumstances.
I wouldn't tell anyone. I might get her in trouble. I would chalk it up to a compliment and let it go at that, unless of course the problem continues, of course you probably won't be seeing her.
