OUR BOY LOOKS TIRED.
REAL LIFE UPDATE

First, here's a new picture of Jack.
BIG NEWS
We adopted a Beagle named Maggie Mae. I'll post a picture as soon as I figure out my new camera. She is one year old and very small (about 25 lbs). Benny was over 60 lbs so she seems very small to us.
We've only had her a few days, but she is very sweet with the boys and housebroken so all is good. She does love to climb though. You would think that she's a cat. I found her on the kitchen counter this morning and I have no idea how she got there. In other news, Ace turns 2 on the 25th so I have a party to plan. I need a theme. Bax is teething again, oh joy. Hubby is going to California next week and then when he gets back we're gonna go for a weekend alone in NY State to ski if there is snow or just chill if there isn't. My inlaws will watch the boys and Maggie so we can relax.
I got the paperwork for school now I just have to decide if I want to put myself through it right now. Still unsure if I can handle it with everything else. That's all for now.

LOOKING FORWARD TO 2012................
Dec. 31st, 2011 04:42 pmFirst, there's Smash. Jack Davenport on TV each week is a real treat.
I spoke to one of my teachers at Art School (Parsons) and he thinks I will be able to go part time to get my masters in design with an emphasis on scenic design. I will be able to use my BFA in interior design. Part time would be perfect since I can take classes while my boys are small and by the time they are ready for school, I'll have a new career. I will also be able to intern during the summer months. I hope I'm not taking on too much, but I have always loved theatre and really how many hotels and bars can you design before it bores you to death. And there is no way I would do residential design and listen to rich housewives whine about their throw pillows. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
Very happy to be back home in NYC. We have been busy catching up with family and friends and it is such a pleasure to just hang out with Andrew again. We are having dinner with him tonight and then he's going to a party and we are going to bed.
