I think the last one is from the Pirates 1 premiere in London and the first two are from the South Bank Awards in London. (I have seen these outfits before, just not these pictures)
Thanks Lulu for that information, I felt the coat over that suit was significant. Would that I had been around London and a Jack fan then! I've already emailed Five to thank them - I'm now very relieved.
