REAL LIFE UPDATE.............................

Well, I just got back from my ultrasound and everything looks good for me and the baby. I've gained back 9 pounds and feel much better, just tired.

There is alot of talk about the swine flu vaccine and pregnant mothers. We talked to my doctor about it and she is against it right now. It won't be available for a few months so she said she would look into it, but usually they don't give flu vaccines to pregnant mothers.

Oh, and by the way










Remember how I said that we were being low key about this baby, well that's all out the window now. It's funny when you finally see them something changes in you.

I'll probably be talking about him all the time now, fair warning. And we agreed on the name
but I'm not telling.

Masculine seed? I think sperm is all masculine, isn't it? Considering where it comes from?

Hubby is one of 3 brothers and I have 3 brothers so boys run in both our families.

Is poet boy still there? How are things now? I need details.

I signed up at a couple preggers websites for the free stuff and I had over 100 emails this morning. The big thing now is to save your baby's cord blood. This is definitely a learning experience.

Yeah, you've become the companies' latest mark. :) Unfortunately I read the "cord blood" thing while I was eating breakfast, but I hear it's a good idea.

As for David, we haven't had sex very often and I feel guilty, he definitely hints that it's not been enough. But I come home exhausted. I have to get up in the morning and he wants to have sex a midnight (and this guy takes FOREVER to get off) or first thing in the morning when I'm already late for work. Don't get me wrong, I have never said "no", but the closest he comes to instigating things is first thing in the morning. I was like -- okay Sat. night for sure, then we went out to the shore and I was tired when we got home, we got really lost getting back, and another problem is we watch movies until way too late. I had a couple of drinks, end of story. Then I was like -- okay, definitely Sun. morning. We were supposed to get up early to go to Universal Studios. When the alarm goes off, he complains he won't enjoy going out without more sleep. By the time we get up, shower, get ready and leave, then drive thru McDonald's for breakfast, it's noon. It was about 104 degrees in the Valley yesterday. We walked our asses off. I fell into bed, I don't even remember going to bed honestly. So we finally got around to it this morning. I feel like he won't want to get together again because of it.

Don't project how you think he feels, talk to him. Maybe it's not that big a deal to him. It is rather rare for a young guy to take soooo long. Maybe you can leave work early today and surprise him while you still have energy.

I know that this is too much info and I should PM you but, I love morning sex and being awakened that way. You may enjoy it and the world won't stop if you are late to work once in a while. Priorities - girl.

You have seemed happier lately (except your snarky comments about his helping around the house)and I hope you can work it out.
