As you all know, I am Benny's doggie mama. There is a big Halloween party at the dog park and I just want to know - Is this cruel?

I´m not sure about "cruel" in the way that the costume will hurt him. But personally, I feel that he has the right to be an animal, so I wouldn´t do this to him.
