And yeah, a friend made me that icon as part of a Christmas package. I was pleased.
I am working on two! Just beed a bit busy with Christmas stuff. But I can give you a teaser from my AU-Olivia-went-to-Harvard where that fact changed a lot of things besides the obvious:
It's October 6th, and Olivia wakes to a kiss pressed to her temple, gentle as if not to wake her. She can tell it's still early, but it's not the first time her husband has gotten up before her for work. Still, working as a doctor herself, she can hardly complain about his work hours.
"Have a good day, honey," she murmurs, and he presses his cheek against her, his hair tickling a little against her skin.
"Sorry, didn't mean to wake you," he says. "I have to go to Palo Alto today."
"Mm," she says. It's not the first time he's gone there, especially with the experiment he's working on of late. "Love you, Lloyd Simcoe."
"L-love you too, Olivia Simcoe," he says very softly and she smiles as she listens to him leave. She can still sleep a little longer this morning, before having to wake the kids, and she intends to take the opportunity.
After all, never know how busy the day might be or what it will bring.
