This seems to be a never ending chore. Went to the market for the first time here, carrying groceries and Ace at the same time is quite the challenge. I think I may have to buy a stroller.

Had dinner on the roof deck last night, it was great we watched the fog roll in.

Picked up a flyer for the Castro Theatre. They run old movies and even have an organ player.




We're gonna try to see "Gentlemen prefer Blondes". We both love that movie. Very glad to be living in a city again, but I'm sure it will take awhile to get settled.

I know I've seen those pics many times before, so how is it I never noticed the Hogwarts sweater? He's so adorably Hufflepuff.

Glad to hear you're doing well. It's been crazy cold in Cali all summer, it was something like 58 degrees the other night. There are lots of things to see and do. This is a great state. There are lots of people who are very interesting and enlightened with all kinds of philosophies and beliefs, love the sun and the surf, the ocean, the incredible weather all year long, make movies, are environmentally conscious and vote the same way I do. It's like frickin paradise for me. It's a fun place, promise.

June - it's like I expected. I have really no time for lj with trying to find a dry cleaner, a good pizza and decent Chinese takeout. Sigh, it's like I'm starting from scratch. And hubby is working very long days. He wakes up Ace to spend some time with him.

I agree with the crazy people though. I met some while walking Benny today.

I'm sure when we get settled everything will be fine.

It is odd wearing a sweater in August though. smirk.
