My hubby lost a lot of weight within about 6 months when he started cycling regularly, and he got to a gaunt stage. It looks like Jack is headed that way, if he isn't already there. Svelte is sexy, but gaunt is not good. I put my foot down and told the hubby he needed some more beef, and he finally put some back on. I think somebody needs to read Jack the riot act, too (instead of encouraging it, which is probably what NBC is doing).....
